Welcome to Meadow Springs Venue!!  We are based in the heart of beautiful Warrenton, Georgia, USA and are surrounded by picturesque lakes.  The venue offers an excellent location for your event.  

We are a father and daughter team!

In 2020 we hosted our first wedding, we really enjoyed helping to make their day special in every way possible and it inspired us to create an event venue and share the beauty of our property with others.

'We're very grateful for the amazing time we spent at the cabin.  Everything was clean and neat.  We had more than enough space to enjoy every corner.  The A/C and all kitchen appliances worked perfectly. The location of the cabin made it really easy to visit different towns in the area.  Groceries and all kind of purchases were very accessible to make.   Brian was very nice and polite.  He even lent us a guitar since he knew my husband knew how to play it.  All the green zones were massively spacious and peaceful.  The trees and the lakes created a little paradise for us.  We extremely loved our experience!  Highly recommended.  We found quietness, peace and fun at the same time.  PS. Vicky and Brian were awesome and the space was great.  Vicky was super responsive and friendly.  got to chase some chickens with her so that was fun!  The amenities were above expectations - new ac units in each room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, everything you'd need to cook a nice meal.  Took a stroll around the pond and swung on the deck swing.' - Aree

The Cabin has an outside porch with rocking chairs, large living room, full kitchen, bathrooms and three bedrooms. 

(Room 1: 1 Queen, Room 2: 1 Queen and 1 Twin, Room 2: 1 King with ensuite bathroom)

Vicky is actually a singer/songwriter and has been performing since she was a teen.  Performing around the area she has met some very talented musicians.  With her love for music and with hosting private parties.

The barn is designed in such a way to give great acoustics, making it a perfect listening experience. It has large stage, lighting, sound system, Projector, Chillout area, chairs, tables, Toilets and a Prep Kitchen with serving hatches. There is an outside Grill area with serving hatches and outside toilets.  The Barn is available for private events.  

In 2024 we filmed a music video!

During winter months, weather permitting we sometimes have a large open fire, conveniently located from the Cabin and Barns.

We have a pergola near the lake with swinging chairs, relax by the lake, listen to music or read a book.  This can also be converted into an outside stage or a alter by the lake.
